Today DICE studios announced that they will be delaying the release of Mirrors Edge Catalyst for a few months in order to “make sure that when you step into the massive City of Glass and experience the rise of Faith, it’s as entertaining, impressive, and memorable as it can be.” As stated by Sara Jansson, Senior Producer, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst. The game moves from it’s February 23rd release date, back to May 24, 2016.
Delayed games are not always a bad sign. It often means that they care about the game, and with the squeal to the first Mirrors Edge game. They need to do it right.
