PlayStation E3 2017 Press Event: Three Forgotten Games

PlayStation E3 2017 Press Event: Three Forgotten Games

Last night, PlayStation showed off quite a bit of titles that are in development and on the way for us to play and enjoy. A lot of these games are highly anticipated and we can’t wait to check them out but there were also a lot of games that were not shown off at the PlayStation E3 Press Event. Let’s take a look at three games that we may have forgotten about during the PlayStation E3 Press Conference.

The Last Of Us Part 2

Although just announced back in December at PSX, The Last Of Us Part 2 is one of the most highly anticipated titles to be released during this generation. Fans of the franchise want to know what has become of Joel, Ellie, and The Fireflies. And who wouldn’t? After playing the original game, it quickly become one of my favorite video games of all-time. I can’t wait to see how the story will continue, and seems like E3 would have been the perfect showcase. But we can wait for a masterpiece like this – that’s for sure.

Final Fantasy VII Remake

A game that has been touted by many as one of the best video games ever created is going to be remade. We know that the game will not be released in quite some time as Square Enix has higher priorities at the moment. But I think a lot of fans would have preferred a trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake rather than a Final Fantasy XV VR fishing game. Not hating on fishing, but when you have a highly anticipated title like this on the way, well…you just want to see more! Hopefully we will get an update on FF VII Remake here in the near future; even if it is just another teaser trailer.

Death Stranding

Although previously announced that Death Stranding would not be at E3 from the head of Kojima Productions himself Hideo Kojima, Death Stranding is a game that is in the forefront of everyone’s minds. The game seems a bit weird but that is what makes it extremely intriguing to see what it is all about. And not only that it looks good. Like, really good. No I’m serious – this game looks AMAZING. We can’t wait to see what it is all about.

These three games would have turned the show on its head but unfortunately they probably aren’t quite ready to be shown off to the public yet, so we will just have to patiently wait. Until then, make sure you keep it locked right here to Mammoth Gamers as we have everything you need for this year’s E3 2017!

I was hoping for at least a Bloodborne 2 logo…Makes me think it was all just rumors. I dont expect to see anything about it in the next couple years.
