The Sims 4 coming to consoles this November

Electronic Arts and Maxis have announced that the long running Sims series will return to consoles in November when The Sims 4 comes to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this November.

The Sims series has been known for its unique creative gameplay mechanics that allow you to build houses, develop families and relationships, and even pursue a career. The Sims 4 was released on PC all the way back in September 2014 and since has been the most vibrant and ambitious virtual world in the series whilst still keeping the over the top and fun experiences that The Sims is known for.

Executive Producer Lyndsay Pearson stated, “The addition of a console-version of The Sims 4 has been long-awaited by fans and newcomers alike, and we at Maxis are beyond excited to bring The Sims to new platforms.”

EA and Maxis have also confirmed the Perfect Patio Stuff pack for those who pre-order the console edition. This expansion pack will come with hot tubs and “tons of bonus décor for your outdoor oasis.”
