Microsoft Discontinues the Original Xbox One

With the new Xbox One X quickly approaching stores, Microsoft has now officially discontinued manufacturing of the original system.

The company has made the decision to focus on making the original console’s successor, the Xbox One S and the upcoming Xbox One X.

The original system revealed three years ago.

It has been three years since the release of the original system way back in November of 2013, and only last year did the the system receive its first upgrade with the addition of new hardware in the form of a brand new model and the support of 4K and HDR.

The One S is now considered Microsoft’s premier console, that is until the One X releases in November of this year.
