How Xbox Game Pass Will Improve Gaming

Big news got announced for Xbox Game Pass. Xbox has announced that certain triple-A titles will be available at launch. This is huge for Xbox fans, who will now be able to get triple-A titles for $10 a month.

There are over 100 games currently available on game pass and Xbox has recently stated that the new Halo, Gears of War, Sea of Thieves, Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, as well as unannounced titles will all be on the game pass. This could make the price increase, but even if it went up to $100 a year that still wouldn’t be bad because of the fact that getting  two triple-A titles, that usually cost $60 a piece, would both be included.

Not only is this a big deal for all the Xbox fans but for the gaming industry in general. This is going to generate a huge push in sales of Xbox One consoles once they announce even more of these big games. Sony will have to resort to being more competitive in order for them to maintain their lead in console sales over Xbox. Microsoft’s big push in consoles recently have been because of the release of the Xbox One X which did not launch with new games.

Why will this be great for gamers? Hopefully this will incite another console war where the teams of both consoles want to prove themselves better.  All of us fans will just be able to sit there and get more deals and games that we can handle. The last time one of these console wars popped up we got some great games. The Last of Us, Dead Rising 3, and Halo the Master Chief Collection. So we are in for a huge year if my predictions are right, and hopefully they will be.  If they aren’t, at least everyone with an Xbox will be able to enjoy the new games that will be launching for the game pass!
