Hitman 2 Announced and Trailer Released

The newly released trailer for Hitman 2 was revealed today, giving viewers a small glimpse into the potential new assassinations Agent 47 can perform in the new title. One example given is for the player to tinker with the vehicle of a target, causing it to malfunction in the middle of a race and thus killing him. This is of course only a tiny look into what is likely to be an intricate game full of choices and strategy, much like its predecessors.

There also appears to be a new mode of gameplay being implemented in Hitman 2, called Sniper Assassin Mode. This will allow for online co-op missions where players can team up and take out targets from afar with snipers. Those who pre-order the game will have full access to the brand new feature upon the game’s full release.

Hitman 2 is available for pre-purchase, where one can order the Standard Edition for $59.99. The Silver Edition is also being sold for $79.99, and will include one of the planned DLC packs along with other exclusive features. The Gold Edition is going for $99.99, and will grant the player both of the DLC packs available upon release.

Hitman 2 will be playable for the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4, and will be released on November 13th.
