Today, during Apple’s Special Event, it was announced that later this year, Apple News+ would be available for American and Canadian users. This new service will expand on Apple’s existing service, Apple News, by providing over 300 different magazines to its users. Several Canadian magazines will available on the service, in both English and French releases.

This new service holds many amazing features to ensure the highest quality experience. From live covers that dance and move on the screen as you scroll, to every topic you could ever possibly dream of. With one month free to try, and so many different beautiful eye-catching magazines, Apple News+ is sure to be the next must for any iPhone user!

Apple is also using its new service to express how important user safety and privacy is for them. Apple promises to keep your reading habits and other info safely stored only on your device, not on their Apple News+ servers. Apple will group different magazines together and create suggestions based on what their expert editors say, but your device will be the one deciding what you want to read. This also means Apple News+ will have little to no data to sell to advertising companies, meaning you won’t read one article on hippos and then see hundreds of ads for a stuffed hippo.

Another amazing feature Apple News+ has to offer with this awesome service is family sharing. This allows users of the same family to use only one subscription across their different devices and accounts. A great feature for families, and avoids the need for several subscriptions to the same service for one household.

While Apple News+ is already available forAmerican and Canadian users, it will become available for England and Australian users in the upcoming fall of 2019.
