PlayStation Plus Games for January 2019

PlayStation Plus Games for January 2019

Move over 2018, PlayStation Plus is starting the year with some wonderful games for its users, and while they might not be as big and extreme as some of the games from last year, PlayStation Plus has more than enough time to flesh out our libraries with some great titles! This month’s line up has STEEP and Portal Knights; as well as some titles for the Vita and PlayStation 3, which PlayStation has stated will be going away this March. The games for PlayStation 3 this month are Amplitude and the Zone of Enders HD Collections. For the Vita, fans can grab Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion, and Super Mutant Alien Assault. Let’s take a look at what each of these games has to offer!

STEEP

Ubisoft brings us the Alps like never before, with this beautiful open world snowboard game. Whether you want to snowboard or ski down the Alps, or experience the snowy air with wingsuits or paragliding; STEEP will ensure you get to experience the mountains your way.

Portal Knights

A fun co-op game that anyone can enjoy. With 4.5 stars on the PlayStation Store, creative RPG promises a wide array of ways to play, along with lots of loot and over hundreds of randomly generated content to explore and conquer. Being one of the few games that still offer split screen, it’ll make a great game whether your friend is right next to you or playing online!

PlayStation 3

For PlayStation Plus users who are still using their beautiful PlayStation 3s, PlayStation has two great games that both bring something different to the table. With Zone of the Enders HD Collections, users will get a remastered story that promises “hardcore gameplay and compelling story.” Amplitude is on the lighter end of things, offering a fun musical racing game for you and your friends, or a relaxing 15 song single player campaign.

PlayStation Vita

Over on the Vita, users can grab Super Mutant Alien and Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion. Super Mutant Alien is a fast place shooter platformer, where you must save the last of humanity as a simple security droid. If you are more of a battle or combat focused player, Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion might be just what you need. With its intense action role play, you’ll be tasked with saving your home land that has been attacked by the Empire.

Over on the PlayStation Blog, you’ll also be able to find a link to Warframe’s PlayStation Plus booster pack. A free pack to boost you from the start, from a week long credit booster to a laser rifle.Start the new year right and grab these games while you still can!
